The Robins continue their unbeaten streak which now stands at 53 wins and 4 consecutive adapted athletics championships (the team won all three titles in the 2008-09 school year). The Robins won in the state championship against Anoka-Hennepin after a great game that ended regulation with a score of 4-4. Neither team scored in overtime, so a shootout was needed to decide the game. In the shootout, the Robins netted goals from Senior Steven Halsey and Junior Harrison Lerner, which was all the Robins needed as Anoka-Hennepin missed their 3 penalty shot attempts. Final score: Robins 6 – Mustangs 4. Steven Halsey & Erin Nickell were named to the Wells Fargo All-Tournament Team. Robins Senior Goaltender Ethan Brenna was solid for the entire season and was the teams vocal leader all season. Congratulations Robins!!!
