The Robins managed to sneak out another exciting win to advance to the state championship game with a 3-2 overtime win over the Dakota United Hawks. After a scoreless first period, the Robins put two goals on the board in the second period, the first was by Mike Madson, assisted by Steven Halsey, and the second one by Halsey, assisted by Ethan Brenna. Dakota rallied in the third period to tie the game with just under four minutes remaining, and it would stay that way through the end of regulation. With 1:09 left in overtime, the Robins got the game winner on a long wrist shot by Steven Halsey that was assisted by Erin Nickell. Harrison Lerner made 17 saves.
